CM Fadnavis Directs Faster Execution of Pandharpur Development Plan Ahead of Ashadhi Wari

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis wants the Pandharpur development plan executed faster. The push comes right as lakhs of वारकरी get ready for the Ashadhi Wari. The city is bracing for impact.

Fadnavis recently reviewed the preparations. He stressed that infrastructure projects in and around Pandharpur need swift completion. Clean drinking water is an absolute must. And officials are working hard to ensure proper sanitation for all devotees. Road repairs and medical camps have to be ready fast. Officials expect temporary shelters to be fully operational before the major influx of the Dindis.

Upgraded Facilities for Varkaris

The state government has allocated specific funds. This move will help clear annoying bottlenecks in ongoing development works. Local authorities are expected to work around the clock. Safety and comfort of the Varkari sampradaya is the top priority. They want the devotion to माऊली to remain uninterrupted.

Crowd management near the Shri Vitthal Rukmini temple is a huge focus. Holding areas for devotees waiting for Darshan are being expanded. The administration is setting up more health centers.
